Effective agreement

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Well Made Blinds. By using this website or purchasing products via the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Amendments to terms and conditions

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted on this website. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Online shopping for window treatments and flooring

Due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and digital image production, the colors and textures of products displayed online may differ from the actual products. Shades may also vary between batches or due to different lighting conditions. We recommend ordering physical samples where possible before making a final decision.

3. Orders

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products at the listed price, including delivery and applicable taxes.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, our Returns Policy will apply.
  • Well Made Blinds reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or other legitimate reasons.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete order and contact information.

4. Delivery costs

Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout and depend on your location, product size, and quantity. Multiple shipments may occur for larger orders.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Afterpay and Zip Pay (subject to their own terms and conditions)
  • Bank transfer (by prior arrangement)

All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways. However, you acknowledge that internet-based transactions carry inherent risks. We may cancel any order if payment cannot be successfully processed.

6. Delivery options

Orders may be collected from our Sydney showroom (by arrangement) or delivered to an Australian street address. Delivery requires a signature unless “Authority to Leave” is granted, in which case risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Delivery times

We aim to dispatch in-stock products within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. Sydney metro deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur.

8. Order tracking

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched. Contact us if you do not receive this within 3 business days. We use third-party carriers and are not responsible for their tracking systems or delays.

9. Damaged, missing or defective items

Inspect all products upon delivery. If damage is visible, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If issues are discovered after delivery, refer to our Returns Policy. We recommend photographing any damage as soon as possible.
